By receiving your order design file from Apex Punch. Review the artwork carefully, making sure to check for typographical errors, wrong phone numbers, addresses, etc. Apex Punch will not be responsible for mistakes that occur after you have approved and sign the artwork in design quote. If the artwork is not acceptable, please notify us in writing of any changes that should be made. Thank you for understanding and for having us into consideration. You also understand that it is your responsibility to proof and have a sample done of digitized & vector designs prior to producing. Apex Punch is not responsible for any damaged garments or any loss in production.
PAYMENT TERMS
Apex Punch will charge every first logo in advance payment.
REFUND
Any payment that paid for one design or per-design is not refundable. But if customer pays on monthly basis, then if he/she is not satisfied with any design or service then he is free not to pay any charges.
SHIPPING
We send all of the orders placed at Apex Punch will be delivered via email.
COPYRIGHT
All of the artwork placed on Apex Punch is presented by the approval of the clients. Apex Punch owns the permission.
